自动变速器液压滑阀控制压力设计补偿分析

摘    要:液压滑阀在阀芯的偏置以及油液污染的影响下会产生一附加摩擦力。为研究附加摩擦力对滑阀工作特性的影响,基于Fluent对不同偏置下阀芯摩擦力进行仿真分析,得出阀芯摩擦力受阀芯偏置的影响情况。运用AMESim软件分析,得出所产生的附加摩擦力会延迟滑阀的压力响应时间。理论分析和对比仿真结果表明,在滑阀控制压力和弹簧预紧力设计时,适当的增大控制开启压力,能在一定程度上减小阀芯的响应延迟,从而补偿附加摩擦力的影响。

Abstract:A hydraulic spool valve will produce an additional friction under impact of offset and oil pollution. To study the effect of additional friction on operating characteristics of slide valve, on the basis of theoretical analysis, we use Fluent to simulate friction forces of spool under different deviations, and obtain the impact of spool offset on friction force of valve core. And it is concluded that the generated additional friction will delay pressure response time of spool valve based on AMESim. In order to compensate for this additional influence, through theoretical analysis and comparison simulation, we can come to this conclusion that proper increase of control opening pressure can reduce response delay of spool.
