摘    要:飞机舵面余度作动系统存在力纷争问题,力纷争的存在会造成舵面损坏,严重时会危害飞机安全。为解决力纷争问题,分析了力纷争的产生原因并提出了解决力纷争问题的方法,即力均衡技术可以较好地解决力纷争问题。在建立飞机舵面余度作动系统完整数学模型的基础上,对力均衡技术进行仿真,仿真表明,传统的积分环节力均衡技术在抑制过程中存在瞬态问题,增加比例环节后,力纷争抑制效果满足要求。最终对比例积分环节力均衡技术进行了试验验证,结果表明,此技术可以有效解决力纷争问题。

Abstract:There is a force fighting problem in a redundant actuation system of aircraft‘’s control surface. The force fighting problem will do harm to aircrafts safety. In order to solve the problem, causes of the problem are analyzed, and a way to solve the problem is put forward, that is, the force equalization technology can better solve the problem of force fighting. On the basis of a complete mathematical model of redundant actuator system, the force equalization technology is simulated, and these simulation results show that a traditional integral force equalization technology has transient problems in the suppression process, and by adding the proportion of links, we can make the force fighting suppression effect meet requirements. Finally, the force equalization technology of proportional integral link is tested and verified. The results show that the proportional integral force equalization technology can effectively solve the problem of force fighting.
