变间隙密封液压缸密封间隙测量技术研究

摘    要:为了实现变间隙密封液压缸密封间隙量的测量,以活塞唇边简化为厚壁圆筒模型,以迦辽金位移函数为理论基础推导出活塞唇边的变形关系式,采用LabVIEW对液压缸密封间隙进行仿真实验,通过超声波测量来验证测量结果,实现对压力、密封间隙、活塞运动位移量的数据采集和数据处理。结果表明:仿真实验和超声波的测量结果的最大误差为7.94%,其密封间隙的测量方法是可行的。所设计的测量系统缩短了测试时间,为变间隙密封液压缸的性能测试提供了理论和实验的支撑。

Abstract:In order to measure seal clearance of variable clearance sealed hydraulic cylinder, a piston lip is simplified into a thick-walled cylinder model, and a displacement relation of piston lip is derived based on the Galois gold displacement function. LabVIEW is used to simulate seal clearance of hydraulic cylinder. The measurement results are verified through ultrasonic measurement to achieve data acquisition and data processing of pressure, seal clearance, and piston motion displacement. The results show that the maximum relative error of simulation experiment and ultrasonic measurement results is 7.94%, which achieves the purpose of measuring the sealing gap; the designed measuring system shortens the test time and provides theoretical and experimental support for performance test of variable clearance sealed hydraulic cylinder.
