大深度载人潜水器液压系统故障分析及改进措施研究

摘    要:大深度载人潜水器是海洋资源开发的关键工具,而液压系统是载人潜水器深海作业的重要动力源。在对“蛟龙”号载人潜水器深海作业中液压系统的故障分析基础上,提出了液压系统电气控制独立分离方案以及阀箱油路改进措施,解决了分系统控制故障叠加及阀箱内泄漏的重大问题。实践证明,该方案能够有效减少潜水器液压系统故障,增加载人潜水器深海作业的稳定性及可靠性。对备航维护、海底作业、日常检查等提出了注意事项,并对大深度载人潜水器液压系统的故障分析做了展望。

Abstract:A deep sea manned submersible is a key tool for marine resources development. A hydraulic system is an important power source for manned submersible operation. An independent separation scheme of hydraulic control system and improvement measures of valve box are put forward. This improvement is based on the fault analysis of hydraulic system in the deep sea operation of the "Jiaolong" manned submersible. Major issues of sub system control fault superposition and internal leakage of valve box are solved. It is proved that this solution can reduce hydraulic system failure of submersible effectively. It also increases stability and reliability of deep sea operations of manned submersible. Finally, some precautions are put forward, such as maintenance before the dive, seabed operations and daily inspection, etc. And the prospect of the failure analysis of deep sea manned submersibles hydraulic system is also discussed.
