摘    要:针对单排双凸起凸轮叶片泵流量脉动较大的问题,提出一种三凸起的新型凸轮叶片泵,该泵由三凸起的凸轮转子与两叶片组成,能够保证瞬时流量的均匀性。基于三凸起凸轮叶片泵内部结构的分析,归纳出该泵的几何排量计算公式,并分析该泵主要泄漏途径。通过建立各泄漏途径的流量数学公式,得出该泵的总泄漏量,并通过搭建实验系统进行了容积效率实验。结果表明:随着负载压力的升高,泵的容积效率随之降低,在负载压力为14 MPa时,理论容积效率为95.93%,实验容积效率为88.6%。

Abstract:Aimed at the problem of large flow pulsation in single row double convex cam vane pump, a new three convex cam vane pump is proposed. This pump consists of three raised cam rotors and two blades. It can guarantee the uniformity of instantaneous flow. Based on the analysis of the internal structure of the three projection CAM blade pump, the calculation formula of the pump's geometric displacement is concluded. And the main leakage path of the pump is analyzed. The total leakage of the pump is obtained by establishing the flow mathematical formula of each leakage path. The volumetric efficiency experiment is carried out. The results show that as the load pressure increases, the volume efficiency of the pump decreases. At a load pressure of 14MPa, the theoretical volume efficiency is 95.93%, and the experimental volume efficiency is 88.6%.
