一种螺旋齿轮泵的设计与研究

摘    要:通过对齿轮曲线和螺旋齿轮泵构造的研究,在原有齿轮泵结构的基础上设计了齿轮泵齿轮的齿廓曲线和螺旋角,齿轮的平稳传动可以通过齿轮齿廓曲线的连续传动来保证。此设计方案使用三维软件对齿轮轮廓曲线进行了模拟设计,得到相应的齿轮轮廓曲线,再进行展成、模拟仿真和多次修正最终得到符合要求的齿轮。这种齿轮可以有效的解决齿轮泵的困油问题,能够大大减小齿轮泵的脉动,降低齿轮泵的噪声,对当前液压系统降低噪声的设计与研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:By studying the gear curve and spiral gear pump structure, we design a tooth profile curve and helix angle based on the original gear pump structure, the continuous transmission of gear tooth profile curve can make sure gears drive smoothly. This program use the three dimensional software to simulate the gear profile curve and get the corresponding gear profile curve, with generating, simulating and revising the gear profile curve repeatedly, we finally get the gear in line with the requirements. This gear can effectively solve the gear pump pocketed oil problem, greatly reduce the pulsation generated by gear pump and cut down the gear pump noise, it is significant for current hydraulic system to design and research the noise reducing.
