电液伺服非线性控制技术研究进展综述

摘    要:液压伺服执行器在机电一体化系统中得到了广泛应用。针对电液伺服系统中存在的模型参数不确定性、外负载扰动、非对称液压缸执行器建模、输入输出物理约束4个典型科学问题,概述了电液伺服非线性控制技术的研究工作以及相关学者取得的成果,并结合现代控制理论的进展,对今后电液伺服控制技术的研究进行展望。

Abstract:The Electro-hydraulic actuator is widely used in mechatronic system. In view of the four typical scientific issues existing in electro-hydraulic servo system (EHSS), including model parametric uncertainy, external load disturbance, model construction of single-rod hydraulic cylinder and input and output physical constraints, the recent research work of nonlinear control technology used in EHSS is summarized and the related results of relevant experts are introduced. Furthermore, combined with the development of modern control theory, the future research of electro-hydraulic servo control technology is prospected.
