扎龙湿地缺水情况调查及对策探讨

介绍我国最大的珍稀鸟类和湿地生态类型的国家级自然保护区扎龙湿地的自然地理等情况.针对近几年来由于人为因素和自然因素的影响导致该湿地水面急剧减少、部分沼泽干涸、植被退化、缺水严重等一系列问题,指出缺水已经成为扎龙湿地面临的致命危机,人工补水势在必行.分析了湿地缺水反映出来的社会经济问题,提出解决问题的相关对策,探讨建立有偿补水机制的初步方案.

Investigation of water shortage in Zhalong wetland and related countermeasures

An introduction was given to the natural and geographic condition of Zhalong wetland,the largest state-level nature reserve for rare birds and wetland ecology in China.In recent years,human factors and nature factors have resulted in the rapid shrinkage of the wetland area,the drying up of part marshes,the degradation of vegetation,and serious water shortage.Under such a condition,Zhalong wetland is facing a fatal crisis due to water shortage,and it is necessary to take the measure of artificial water recharge.In this paper,some social problems caused by water shortage of the wetland and some countermeasures are discussed,and a preliminary scheme is put forward for establishing a paid water recharge system.
