摘    要:利用FLUENT分析软件对发动机的稳态传热进行了仿真模拟。以所建立的某柴油机耦合传热系统为例进行了仿真计算,得到了耦合系统(活塞、缸套、冷却水套)的温度场等相关信息。计算结果表明,用耦合法模拟柴油机活塞组、缸套和冷却水之间的稳态传热是可行的。

Abstract:Simulation of steady heat transfer in engine was conducted by using FLUENT software. For the simulation, a coupled heat transfer system of a diesel engine was built. The temperature field and other related information of the coupling system (piston, cylinder liner, cooling water jacket) were obtained from the simulation. The results indicate that the coupling methods can solve the steady heat transfer among piston, liner, and cooling water of diesel engine.
