透辉石在碱性低氢型焊条中应用研究

摘    要:通过研究透辉石的矿物组成、物理性能以及化学组成等,根据碱性低氢焊条熔渣的化学组成进行了透辉石在低氢型J507焊条中应用的试验研究。结果认为,这种钙镁硅酸盐矿物,具有提高熔渣碱度和改善焊条的焊接工艺性能及熔敷金属力学性能的作用。

Abstract:Through studying mineral composition,physical property and chemical composition of diopside,comparison of chemical composition of low hydrogen welding electrode slag and the test of diopside being used in producing low-hydrogen welding electrode.The result showed this diopside has function to improve usability of welding and deposite metal machanics properties of low hydrogen welding electrode.
