减速机传动齿齿面局部剥落失效分析

摘    要:某厂一台与130 t提升机相配套的减速机在运行20个月后,减速机齿轮齿面发生严重剥落现象。化学成分、金相组织、宏观和显微硬度及断口形貌等检验分析。结果表明:减速机齿轮渗碳层和金相组织存在缺陷,不符合标准和设计要求是导致齿轮齿面接触强度和承载能力降低,难以支撑高的接触应力而最终发生剥落的根本原因。

Abstract:Gear of elevator reductor are surface spalled after 20 months running.The failure was analyzed by means of Chemical Constituents,microstructure;hardness test and fracture morphology.The results showed that the Surface Spalling of gears was caused by defect of microstructure and carburizing Layer which reduced gears surface contact strength and load capacity.
