脱稳-脱水处理含油污泥试验研究

摘    要:对含油污泥的主要处理方法进行了简要分析。以含油污泥的脱水为研究重点,根据污泥稳定性高的特点,提出了采用化学方法脱除油泥稳定性,然后再进行絮凝脱水的技术路线。实验过程中采用了YN-3高效油泥脱稳剂,其主要成份是固体酸和强电解质,对油泥具有较好的脱稳效果。对脱稳剂YN-3加量对油泥脱稳效果影响以及PAM加量对固液分离的影响进行了重点考查,结果发现,YN-3和PAM的加量分别为2.0%~3.0%和400mg/L~500mg/L,对油泥脱稳和脱水效果最佳,经脱水处理后的污泥中原油含量提高到24.0%,体积降到原来的三分之一左右;脱稳脱水后的油泥无粘性,可掺和到煤粉中燃烧。同时提出了现场处理工艺,并进行了处理量为2.5m3/h的现场中试,处理结果略优于室内实验,脱水油泥中油含量为26.3%。对提高处理后油泥中的油含量和降低水含量的方法进行了讨论。

Abstract:Oil sludge is a main pollution source in petroleum production,which is difficult to be treated due to its high stability.According to the characteristics of oil sludge,a process based on destabilization by chemical methods and dehydration by flocculation had been put forward for treating the oil sludge and was studied experimently.The YN-3,mainly comprised of solid acid and elec-trolytes,and PAM were employed as destabilizer and flocculant,respectively.The effect of YN-3 dosage on destabilization and the effect of PAM dosage on solid-liquid separation were mainly investigated.The results showed that the optimized dosage of YN-3 was about 2%~3% of oil sludge weight,and the optimized dosage of PAM was about 400 mg/L~500mg/L.The oil mass percent in the de-hydrated oil sludge was 24.0% and the sludge volume was about 1/3 of its original value after oil sludge dehydration,while the treat-ed oil sludge was without stickiness and could be added to pulverized coal for burning.Furthermore,a pilot study of 2.5m3/h was carried out in the field,and the oil mass percent in the dehydrated oil sludge raised slightly to 26.3% in the pilot.
