| 摘 要： | 近年来，在城市建设中，为了改善城市居住环境，提高城市的文化品位，城市用河工程出现逐年增多的趋向，同时也出现城市用河与城市防洪之间的新的矛盾。对此本文就我省目前在城市建设中的用河现状，进行了正反两方面的分析，并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | In recent years, projects crossing channel increase year by year for improving living environment and culture surroundings, the contradiction is appeared between which and flood control in cities.This paper analyses the present situation of projects crossing channel in cities construction of JiLin province from positive and negative side and puts forward to relevant countermeasure. |
