摘    要:随着断裂力学的发展,研究人员越来越关注材料的残余应力的研究。本文以金属圆柱体为研究对象,通过建立数学模型,来求解热传导方程,并以试验数据为边界条件得出工件温度分布函数。进而推算出由热应力引起的金属棒形工件淬火残余应力函数。

Abstract:With the development of fracturing mechanics, these researchers have concerned of the research on the remains stress of heat treatment more than ever. Through setting up mathematics model, and according to using the heat exchange equation and using experimental data as the boundary condition, we have worked the distributing function of the club-shaped workpiece temperature out. From this function, we can deduce out the quenching remains stress functions of the club-shaped metal that is resulted from heat stress during quenching.
