摘    要:本文提出了一种焦点尺寸测量方法--锥孔法,其仅需借助射线管上的铅制锥孔,使用平板探测器采集光场图像,然后利用光场边缘射线强度分布可计算得到焦点尺寸。该方法的操作和测试条件简单,实验结果表明,该方法能方便快捷地测量焦点尺寸。

Abstract:In this paper, an innovative method for the measurement of focal spot size was proposed, called the cone-hole method, which records the X-ray intensity distribution at the edge of light field by using flat panel detector, with the help of the cone-hole. And then the focal spot size can be calculated. The operation and the measurement condition of this method are simple, and the experimental results show that the proposed method can measure the focal spot size efficiently.
