摘    要:响应计划可靠性是人因可靠性分析的重要组成部分。为了对响应计划可靠性进行定量评价,通过与核电厂操纵员访谈,建立了数字化主控室操纵员的响应计划可靠性因果概念模型。在此基础上建立响应计划可靠性的定量评价程序,指导响应计划可靠性的定量风险评价,并通过实例分析说明该方法的具体应用。结果表明,该评价模型或方法能为操纵员的响应计划可靠性定量评价提供新的思路和方法支持。

Abstract:Response planning reliability is an important part of human reliability analysis. In order to quantitatively evaluate response planning reliability, the causal conceptual model of operator’s response planning reliability in digital control rooms was established by interviews with operators of a nuclear power plant. Furthermore, a quantitative evaluation procedure of response planning reliability was established to guide the quantitative risk assessment of response planning reliability, and a case was given to illustrate specific application of the established model or method. The results show that the evaluation model or method can provide new ideas and method support for the quantitative evaluation of operator’s response planning reliability.
