分子生物学在油田微生物多样性研究中的应用进展

摘    要:介绍了近几年国内外在油田微生物研究中应用最广泛的一些分子生物学技术,它们基于16S rRNA,如16S rRNA测序,变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE),末端限制性片段长度多态性分析(T-RFLP)等,并分别指出了其优缺点。同时还介绍了一些油田研究中最受关注的微生物。

Abstract:Described the most commonly used molecular biology techniques in oil field microorganisms research at home and abroad. They were based mainly on 16S rRNA, such as 16S rRNA sequencing, denaturant gradient gel electrophoresis ( DGGE), terminal restriction fragment length polymorphism (T - RFLP). Pointed out their advantages and disadvantages respectively, and introduced some of the micro - organisms which were of largest concentration in research.
