模拟海洋大气环境对XCS-lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢腐蚀行为的影响

摘    要:采用盐雾腐蚀试验方法,研究了模拟海洋大气环境下XCS-lode钢与30CrNi3Mo钢的腐蚀性能,通过极化曲线及电化学阻抗谱(EIS)试验研究了两种钢在腐蚀行为上的差异。结果表明:XCS-lode钢相比30CrNi3Mo钢具有更高的自腐蚀电位, XCS-lode钢腐蚀产物膜的阻抗明显大于30CrNi3Mo钢,XCS-lode钢的耐海洋大气腐蚀性能优于30CrNi3Mo钢。

Abstract:The average corrosion rates and electrochemical data of CuZnAl alloy under different heat treatment conditions in 3. 5% NaCl solution were measured, the corrosion morphologies of the alloy were observed, and the effect of heat treatment on its corrosion property was analyzed. The results show that the optimum corrosion resistance can be obtained after quenching for the CuZnAl alloy.
