摘    要:建筑工程质量作为传统建设项目管理的金三角之一,一直以来都是社会和工程质量管理人员关注的焦点。随着社会的发展与工程项目特征的不断变化,已有的工程项目质量管理理论逐渐暴露出一些问题,这影响了我国目前项目质量管理水平的整体提升。借鉴在生产性企业中广泛应用的流程管理思想,通过构建流程化质量管理模型为基础,从系统的角度来审视建筑工程质量管理工作。同时,针对流程进行分类,并建立相应的运行框图,从而保证了流程的持续、高效运行。以此希望促进我国工程建设市场质量管理水平的不断提升。

Abstract:Construction engineering quality has become a focus of social and engineering quality management personnel which is one of the traditional construction project management. With the development of the society and the characteristics of the engineering project,the existing engineering project quality management theory has gradually exposed some problems. This will affect the promotion of the whole project quality management level in our country and has become the major stumbling block to upgrade the road of China's construction industry transformation .Under such background,this paper is based on the idea of process management which is widely used in manufacturing enterprises. At the same time,according to the process of classification,the paper establishes a corresponding running diagram ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the process. This paper will promote the level of construction engineering quality management continuously improved.
