我国BIM技术的合同管理体系初步探究

分析国内外BIM的发展现状与BIM标准合同体系的社会需求,选择我国BIM标准的合同体系,实现BIM技术与建设合同的结合,有利于维护工程建设过程中各方法律责任的权益义务,缩短因信息化产生的差距,同时提高建设工程在全过程中执行的效率。通过信息研究法,经验总结法和定性研究法相结合,总结BIM技术特点及应用BIM所能带来的益处,对项目合同管理的内容、方式,以及探索BIM技术对项目合同管理中需解决的问题,在合同模式选择上以不改变现有合同体系,增加合同附件的方式,实施BIM为应然选择,探索出BIM技术在工程合同中的应用价值和广阔前景。

The Development for Contract Management System of BIM Technology in China

Analysis of BIM development present situation at home and abroad with BIM standard contract system of social demand,choosing BIM standard contract system in our country,the rights and interests of the parties of engineering construction can be protected through the combination of BIM technology and construction contract.,because of the information at the same time improve the efficiency of execution in the whole construction project,The main purpose of this study is to narrow the information gap through information research,experience summary method and qualitative research method. Based on the analysis of the characteristics and application benefits of BIM,combined with contract management content and methods,the BIM application and several critical problems of BIM application in contract management are explored in the paper. As for the choice of mode in the contract,the correct approach is to maintain the existing contract system,and then prepare the appendix to BIM. To explore the application value of BIM technology in the engineering contract and broad prospects.
