| 摘 要： | 分析了大规模定制环境下系列化产品的机床夹具的特点,在夹具结构标准化、系列化基础上,开发了参数化夹具通用件的设计系统;详细介绍了基于Solidworks2003的夹具通用件建库方法和夹具通用件具体元件的生成方法和过程;以汽车同步器系列产品为对象开发的夹具通用件设计系统,已获得成功的应用。

| Abstract: | The characteristics of fixture based on seriation products under Mass Customization are analyzed in this paper. On the basis of seriation and standardization of fixture, a parameterized design system of general fixture parts is developed. The particular methods and processes to create database fo general fixture parts and to generate them based-on Solidworks 2003 are presented. A design system of general fixture parts which is developed for vehicle synchronizers is applied successfully. |
