保护修缮与再利用的平衡与转化——武汉璇宫饭店保护修缮策略研究

该文主要研究了"璇宫饭店"的修缮、保护及再利用三个方面,通过对所研究目标进行历史资料的搜集、详细的测绘和严谨的分析,以此作为理论基础和重要依据制定"璇宫饭店"修缮、保护及再利用策略并得出新的历史建筑处置观念思考的结论。该文的特点在于直面"建筑学"的一个严峻现况,通过针对一个特定的历史建筑(璇宫饭店)进行思考与研究,所得结果不仅仅针对"璇宫饭店"本身,在一定程度上对整个武汉市优秀历史建筑的保护与再利用设计都具有重要的指导意义。

Balance and Transformation of Renovating; Protecting and Reusing:Restoration and Protection Strategies of Wuhan "Xuan'gong Hotel"

This thesis mainly studied the Xuan＇gong Hotel from three aspects： renovation, protection and reuse, through collecting historical data, surveying and mapping in detail and analyzing rigorously, as a theoretical basis and important basis for making ＂Xuan＇gong Hotel＂ restoration, protection and reuse strategies and come to the conclusion that new historical building disposal concept thinking. The characteristics of this paper is to face a serious situation of the ＇＂architecture＂, by targeting a specific historical building （Xuan＇gong Hotel） to carry on thinking and researching, the results not only for ＂Xuan＇gong Hotel＂ itself, to a certain extent, but also important to guide the design of protecting and reusing of outstanding historical buildings in Wuhan.
