该文通过对评价体系的构成、发展历程、评价对象、评价内容、评价过程及评价效果等几方面进行分析,系统地介绍和研究了英国节能建筑评价体系,并对我国节能建筑评价体系进行简要阐述,然后通过将二者进行系统比较,分析了我国在节能建筑评价研究方面相对薄弱的环节,并据此提出相应的改进措施,以期为我国节能建筑评价体系的发展提供借鉴和思路。
