摘    要:本文分析了网络化智能传感器的意义及特点,介绍了基于LON总线的网络化智能传感器的设计原理和方法,并以K型热电偶温度传感器为例,给出了具体的硬件电路和软件流程。采用了一种新型热电偶温度信号测量采样芯片AD595,成功解决了K型热电偶温度测量本身的非线性与冷端补偿问题,提高了测量精度。最后给出了实测热电势和标准热电势之间的对比结果,分析了系统的误差,结果表明该系统能够满足绝大多数工控领域对测温精度的要求。

Abstract:The significance and characteristics of the intelligent sensor are analyzed,and the theory and technique of intelligent sensor based on Lon-bus is introduced.And with a case of K-type thermocouple temperature sensor,the hardware and the software are presented.By the application of thermocouple measurement chip AD595,the problem of the K-type thermocouple temperature measurement of the nonlinear and cold-junction compensation are successfully solved,and the measuring precision is greatly enhanced.It provides the contrast result between the hot electric potential of real-detecting and hot electric potential of standard,and analyses the error of the system finally.The result indicates that this system is satisfied with the most precision request in temperature examining.
