Abstract:It is discharge of pulp black liquor that causes severe pollution for environment. It is a principal pollution source in Textile industry. Until now it is lack of effective and economical methods to recover these basic materials. In this paper we introduced the Ion-exchang Memberance Electrodialysis as a new technique for recovering basic material from pulp black liquor. We compared the performances of this method on single, double and numerous layers of memberance. We also described the influence of equipment device, technological condition and current density etc. We concluded that this technique is really economic and very effective especially for these pulp factories on small and middle scale.
