| 摘 要： | 采用非接触式Ic卡和网络数据库技术，设计出一套用于人员考勤管理的信息系统，并进行了系统测试，测试结果表明：该信息系统有操作方便、安全、可靠性高等优点。在考勤管理信息系统中，非接触Ic卡作为身份识别的一种新载体，实现了考勤管理的电子化、网络化。该系统能准确反映出人员的出勤情况，为管理人员提供准确的考勤数据，提高了人员管理效率。
