大鼠白蛋白放射免疫分析试剂盒的研制

采用大鼠白蛋白免疫绵羊得到羊抗大鼠白蛋白抗血清，建立了大鼠白蛋白放射免疫分析方法。本方法的测量范围1～50 mg/L，灵敏度为0.12 mg/L，回收率为97.8%～108.4%，批内、批间变异系数分别＜4.0%和8.2%；高浓度大鼠尿样系列倍比稀释后测定，实测值和计算值呈线形相关，相关系数＞0.990。大鼠白蛋白放射免疫试剂盒的研制为肾病药物的开发及肾损伤的研究提供了方便。

The Development of Radioimmunoassay Kit for Rat Albumin

The Anti-rat albumin serum was prepared by immunized the sheep with rat albumin. A radioimmunoassay method was established for rat albumin. The measurement range of the assay was 1～50μg/ml, sensitivity of the assay was 0.12μg/ml, recovery rate was 97.8～108.4%.Intra- and inter-assay variation coefficients were <4.0% and <8.2% respectively. The correlation coefficients between measured and expected values were more than 0.990 after serial dilution of the urine samples with high concentrations of rat albumin. The kit for rat albumin might provide a convenience in exploitation of renal drugs and experimental injury of the kidney.
