粗废轮胎橡胶粒SMA混合料减振降噪路面研究

对粗废轮胎橡胶粒SMA混合料进行了配合比设计,确定了最佳油石比;通过膨胀试验分析了不同废轮胎橡胶粒掺量、不同环境温度下的粗废轮胎橡胶粒SMA混合料体积膨胀规律,并根据野外路面耐久性的要求,提出了体积膨胀的允许范围.对粗废轮胎橡胶粒SMA混合料的疲劳性能、回弹模量和变形性能进行了试验研究,并根据试验结果提出了具有良好路用性能和减噪效果的废轮胎橡胶粒掺量.

Study on the Quiet Pavement with SMA Including Coarse Crumb-Rubber

First,design the SMA mixture with coarse crumb-rubber and get the optimal asphalt content.Then,do the swell test and analyze the swell law of coarse crumb-rubberized asphalt concrete under the different coarse crumb-rubber contents and different environment temperatures.Based on the durability requirement of pavement,put forward the standard of swell of asphalt concrete.Then,study the mechanical performance of coarse crumb-rubberized SMA asphalt mixture in the lab.Analyze effect of the content of coarse crumb-rubber on the performance such as fatigue life,modulus and rut-resistance and put forward the suitable coarse crumb-rubber content.
