深井水基钻井液高温高压流变特性的研究

摘    要:为随时了解深部井段的钻井液性能,对塔里木油田的一些常用水基钻井液体系的高温高压流变性进行了试验研究,并测定了该油田常用水基钻井液在不同温度和压力下的流变性。对大量的试验数据进行了回归处理,得出了计算水基钻井液在井下温度、压力条件时表观粘度和塑性粘度的数学模型。这有利于现场监测钻井液在井下的流变情况,并及时采取相应的处理措施。

Abstract:To understand the change of drilling fluid rheology at high temperature and high pressure . several kinds of wellsite water based mud of Tarim oil field are studied . Based on the regression of some test data , mathematical models of constant pressure and constant temperature are given respectively . It is shown that influence of temperature on drilling fluid rhe- ology is greater than that of pressure
