| 摘 要： | 分析冲压方向在拉延工艺中的作用，总结了冲压方向的确定原则，建立并编程实现冲压方向的优化模型。对CAD软件UG进行二次开发，集成优化程序，实现拉延件冲压方向的自动优化。以汽车覆盖件加强板为例，对该优化功能进行了验证。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the operation of stamping direction in the drawing process, the principle of determining the stamping direction was concluded. An optimization model was set up. The optimization program was developed and integrated into 3D CAD software UG. An example to calculate the stamping direction of one drawn component was given. |
