软启动在水电站卷扬式起重设备上的应用探讨

摘    要:从对水电站卷扬式起重设备启动方式的要求入手,较为详尽地分析了变频器和软启动器2种软启动方式的原理和特点。指出了变频方式软启动在水电站卷扬式起重设备上广泛的应用前景。通过实例阐述了软启动器有调压方式的局限。同时指出传统的串电阻启动方式,由于自身的特点,在水电站卷扬式起重设备上仍然有广泛的应用空间。

Abstract:Starting from the start requirements of windlass crane for hydroelectric power stations, the principles and characteristics of two types of soft start are analyzed in this paper. One soft start is on the basis of transducer. The other is on the basis of the soft start device. It is pointed out that the transducer-based soft start is prosperous in the future application in windlass crane for hydroelectric power station. Example shows that the soft-start device based soft start is limited in voltage regulation mode. There is much room for the traditional series-resistance start mode to exist, due to its characteristics, in windlass crane for hydroelectric power stations.
