分布式IP视频会议管理器的设计

分布式视频会议管理器位于与会的各个结点上，通过会议管理信息的动态交换协同地完成会议进程管理的功能。文章详细描述一种适用于ＩＰ环境的分布式视频会议管理器（ＤＶＭ）的结构和功能设计，这种设计下的会议管理器充分利用组播通信（Ｍｕｌｔｉｃａｓｔ）的具有结构简单、寓多种功能于一个模块、易于实现的特点。并能很好地适应分布式会议所要求的灵活性、可扩展性。

Design of a Manager for the Disributed IPVideoconferencing System

Distributed videoconferencing managers are located in every node which is connected to the conferenceand manage the conference procedure by dynamically exchangng the conference management information with ecah other.In this paper,the structure and function design of a distributed videoconferencing manager(DVM),whichis suitable for IP networking environment,is described in detail.With this design,the manager has several re-markable characteristics such as structural simplicity,multi-functional modularity,as well as easy implementation.Besides these, the manager can be fitted to the flexibility and scalability which are requested by the distributedconference applications.
