电伴热带的选型、安装与维护

摘    要:电伴热与蒸汽热水伴热相比,具有装置简单,发热均匀,控温准确,节约水资源,无环境污染,热交换效率高,设计、安装、维护工作量小等优点。电伴热带可分为恒功率电伴热带和自控式电伴热带。在实际工程中如何选择和使用电伴热带,要从技术经济角度综合考虑。结合实际工作经验,介绍了电伴热带的选型原则、安装注意事项及维护方法。

Abstract:Compared with steam heat water tracing,electric tracing is beneficial in simple device,even heating,accurate temperature control,water saving,pollution free,high thermal exchange efficiency as well as small amount of work of design,installation and maintenance.Electric tracing band can be classified into constant power electric tracing band and automatic electric tracing band.How to chose and utilize electric tracing band in a practical project depends on the comprehensive considerations of technical and economical respects.This paper introduces the principle of type selection of electric trac-ing band,notable matters of installation and maintenance method.
