加氢尾油光氯化法合成氯化石蜡的研究

摘    要:以加氢尾油、氯气为原料,浓硫酸为酸洗剂,白土为吸附剂,通过光氯化法合成了氯化石蜡-52。物料配比为m(硫酸):m(白土):m(加氢尾油)=8:6:100,酸洗处理的温度为100℃,酸洗时间为2 h,静置时间为1 h。白土吸附温度为120℃,吸附时间为2 h,静置时间为2 h。氯化反应温度控制在70~80℃,氯化石蜡产物含量≥52%。

Abstract:Chlorinated paraffin-52 was prepared by photochemical chlorination of hydrocracking tail oil with chorine,using H_2SO_4 as acid washing solution,bentonite as absorbent.The optimal conditions were found as follows:m(H_2SO_4)/m(bentonite)/m(chloroparaffin)=8:6:100,acid washing temperature 100℃,washing 2 h,keeping at static condition for 1 h,bentonite absorption temperature 120℃,absorbing 2 h,keeping at static condition for 2 h,chlorination reaction temperature from 70 to 80℃.Under these conditions,chloroparaffin could be obtained with 52% content.
