数控机床数字样机系统的研究与应用

摘    要:依托虚拟产品开发技术,介绍了面向创新的数控机床数字样机设计系统的基本内容、关键技术、系统方案组成等,以产品创新设计系统和典型行业三维CAD应用平台为核心,以创新理论为指导,以知识库为依托,开发出数控机床三维数字样机生成系统.

Abstract:Based on virtual product development technology, the numerical prototyping design system of creatively designed numerical control machine tool is introduced including its basic elements, key technology and system project composition. Furthermore, with product creatively designed system and classical 3 D CAD applied platform as core technology, the numerical control machine with 3 D numerical prototyping spanning system was researched and developed in this paper, which is instructed by creative theory and based on knowledge data base.
