异喹啉季铵盐缓蚀剂FIQ-C在盐酸中的缓蚀行为研究

摘    要:研究了天然高分子改性异喹啉季铵盐絮凝-缓蚀剂FIQ-C在10%盐酸溶液中对Q235钢的缓蚀性能,讨论了药剂用量,温度,时间对缓蚀性能的影响,以及FIQ-C与EDTMP的协同缓蚀效应,并通过极化曲线,扫描电镜及俄歇能谱,探讨了FIQ-C在盐酸介质中的缓蚀机理,结果表明,FIQ-C在10%盐酸介质中对Q235钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,是一种阴,阳极混合型缓蚀剂。

Abstract:The corrosion inhibition of FIQ C Inhibitor for mild steel in 10% HCl solutions was studied. Factors such as normal running concentration, temperature, time, and the synergistic inhibition effect of FIQ C and EDTMP were discussed. The corrosion inhibiting mechanism of FIQ C in hydrochloric acid was investigated by meas of polarization curves, SEM and AES. Results showed that FIQ C corrosion inhibitor attained good inhibition effect in 10% HCl and was a mixed type inhibitor.
