对我国国有企业员工培训体系的研究

摘    要:目前,我国国有企业人才流失现象严重,在国企改革中企业应如何留住人才?针对这一问题,从分析国有企业培训现状入手,找出国企培训效率低、员工满意度低的原因,并由此提出:胃有企业应建立完善的员工培训体系,为员工提供良好的培训,这样才能有效地防止人才流失。在国有企业改革和现代企业制度的建设过程中,企业应借鉴国内外先进企业的培训经验,逐步建立起一个以科学的培训理念,充足的培训基金,周密的培训计划,有效的培训方

Abstract:The state enterprises in China should develop an effective employee training system to avoid brain drain.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the training system,some prominent problems of the system,such as low efficiency and employees' dissatisfaction are pointed out. To solve these problems, a new scheme of employee training is given,including scientific training concept, adequate training fund, a well conceived plan, effective methods and technology, certain training evaluation system and encouragement.
