| 摘 要： | 介绍了TQF-268型转杯纺纱机的结构特点和技术规格,在配棉相同的情况下,与TQF-168、BD200SN型转杯纺的成纱指标进行了对比,并进行了纺纱工艺试验,优选了工艺参数,叙述了该机在使用过程中存在的问题、改进方法,及日常维修中应注意的问题。

| Abstract: | The structure features and technology specification of the TQF - 268 type rotor spinning machine were discussed.Under the same matching of cotton,the ready - made yarn index of TQF - 168 and BD200SN type rotor were compared,and spinning tests were carried out,with optimized technological parameters.The problems,improvement and maintenance methods in the process of usage were described. |
