| 摘 要： | 建立了一种柱前衍生/超高效液相色谱分析方法,对纺织品中的甲醛进行了测定,并对衍生条件、衍生产物的提取条件和色谱分离条件进行了优化。该方法线性关系良好,线性相关系数为0.9999,线性范围为0.05～83.2mg/L,平均回收率为99.30%～101.11%,检出限为0.01mg/L(S/N=3)。该方法的准确度和精密度均较高,完全满足甲醛测试的要求。采用该方法对市售样品进行了测试,并与比色法的测试结果进行了对比,结果表明两种方法的测试结果无显著性差异。
