焦化废水臭氧-生物活性炭的深度处理技术

摘    要:焦化废水中含有一些难以生物降解的有机物和较高质量浓度的氨氮,生物处理出水不易达标排放.因此,采用臭氧-生物活性炭工艺对焦化废水生物处理出水进行深度处理.结果表明:当臭氧投量(质量浓度)为110 mg/L时,废水颜色基本脱除,生物处理出水中部分残留有机物得以降解;继续采用生物活性炭工艺,化学需氧量(COD)总去除率平均可达77.1%,NH4+ -N的去除率达到31.6%,可以满足废水排放要求.

Abstract:Effluents from biological treatment of coking wastewater cannot meet the criterion of discharge due to a high concentration of remaining organics and NH+4-N.Therefore,O3-BAC process was adopted as the advancing treatment process for the effluent.Experimental results indicate that some organic residues can be degraded with 110mg/L dose of O3 and the wastewater was decolorized.The removal ratios of COD and NH+4-N were 77.1% and 31.6 % respectively after O3-BAC process.Effluents from the advancing treatment ca...
