摘    要:为了提高水资源利用率,实现洪水资源化,本文针对安康水库工程实例,通过对水库调节性能、6h入库水量预报精度等的分析,提出了基于6h预报径流深的水库防洪预报调度方式,并采用逐级调节法制定了预报调度规则.分别从不同频率、不同典型年和不同起调水位等几个方面,对常规防洪调度和预报调度进行了分析比较,结果表明采用防洪预报调度方式不...
