油浸式变压器固体绝缘诊断及剩余寿命预测

摘    要:对油浸式变压器油中溶解的糠醛含量进行分析可以预测变压器的绝缘寿命。笔者通过采集变压器油中的糠醛及CO、CO2,利用油中糠醛含量与运行年限的对应关系,并按理论分布计算出变压器的糠醛浓度注意值,给出了变压器固体绝缘的诊断流程并基于平均剩余寿命的方法给出了油浸式变压器剩余寿命的预测公式。实例分析证明,该预测公式能够提供较好地剩余寿命预测。

Abstract:The life of solid insulation of an oil-immersed transformer can be predicted by measuring the concentration of furfural dissolved in the oil.In this paper,the relation between furfural concentration and operation time is applied in calculating the alarm value of furfural concentration in a transformer according to its theoretical distribution,the aging diagnosis procedure of solid insulation is given,and a remaining life prediction equation of the oil-immersed transformer is proposed by using the average remaining life method.A case study demonstrates the feasibility of the equation.
