在线热处理对焊接套管焊缝质量的作用

摘    要:以高频直缝焊接J55钢级套管为例,从物理性能分析对比着手,论述了在线热处理对提高焊接套管焊缝质量的作用。在模拟正火+回火的热处理工艺下,J55钢级焊接套管焊缝的抗拉强度和冲击韧性得到了良好的改善。建议焊管行业重视在线焊缝热处理设备和工艺的研究,提高焊管质量,实现我国焊管行业的规范性发展。

Abstract:Taking the HFW J55 casing pipe as an example,firstly the pipe’s physical properties are comparatively analyzed,and furthermore,the effect by the on-line heat treatment on enhancement of quality of the pipe welding seam is discussed. With simulated normalization plus temper heat treatment process,the tensile strength and impact toughness of the welding seam of the said J55 pipe are greatly improved. It is suggested that the domestic weld pipe manufacturing circles make more effort in research on the equipment and process for on-line heat treatment of the welding seam in a bid to improve quality of the weld pipe,and realize the normative development of the domestic weld pipe-making industry.
