薄煤层采煤机单轮行走箱导向滑靴的结构设计与分析

摘    要:针对薄煤层采煤机单轮行走箱分体式导向滑靴存在的问题,进行整体式导向滑靴结构改进设计,并采用有限元分析方法对其进行静强度和疲劳强度分析。仿真结果表明整体式导向滑靴满足刮板输送机溜槽水平弯曲1°,垂直弯曲3°的设计要求。滑靴双耳薄弱处最大应力远小于屈服极限,安全系数1.983,疲劳寿命显著提高,现场实际使用情况进一步验证改进结构的合理性。

Structure Design Analysis of Guide-Slipper on Single Wheel Walking Box for Thin Seam Shearer
Abstract:Aiming at the existing problems of guide-slipper on single wheel walking box for thin seam shearer,the structure of integrated guide-slipper is improved.Its static and fatigue strength are calculated by FEA method.The simulation result shows that the integrated guide-slipper meets the design requirements of 1° horizontal bending and 3° vertical bending per linepan of scraper conveyor.The maximum stress in the region of double-ear root of the shipper is far less than the yield limit and the safety factor is about 1.983.The fatigue life is significantly increased.The in-site operation proved the reasonableness of the improved constructure.
