摘    要:针对钢管常规测量切斜方法的可操作性与测量精度存在一定的局限性,设计出一款新型钢管管端切斜测量尺。新型测量尺用千分尺代替了塞尺,安装有水平调节装置,千分尺镶嵌在滑轨中,可在主尺上上下滑移,因此具有使用灵活方便,测量精度高等特点,可用于实际测量。

Abstract:The conventional methods for measuring out-of-squareness of the steel pipe as cut-off have some limitations in terms of maneuverability and measurement accuracy. Accordingly,a new type measurement scale for the same purpose is designed. Instead of the plug gauge,the new scale is in fact a micrometer attached with a leveling device. The micrometer is inserted into the sliding rail,and thus enabled to move up and down on the master scale. This structure makes the said new measurement scale featuring high operation flexibility and high measurement accuracy,being very practical.
