摘    要:X80钢级大直径厚壁直缝埋弧焊管在扩径后存在焊缝趾部开裂现象。通过对该裂纹的断口及其理化性能进行检测,认为造成焊缝趾部开裂的原因是:焊接热输入量较高,热影响区韧性恶化;钢管扩径前焊缝附近母材存在应力集中;钢管热影响区与扩管模具发生挤压。针对上述因素,进行工艺改进,使得裂纹发生率从2.00%降低到0.12%。

Abstract:Cracking is found at the foot area of the welding seam of the large-sized X80 SAWL pipe as expanded. Relevant physical tests and chemical analysis are made to the fracture,and the results reveal the main elements which responsible for the cracking,including rather high welding heat input that makes the toughness of the metal of the HAZ greatly decreased,concentration of the stress in the base metal near the welding seam of the pipe that occurs before it is expanded,and extrusion that takes place between the HAZ of the tube and the expanding die. Based on the elements as identified,the welding process is improved,and thus the crack incidence rate is decreased from 2.00% to 0.12%.
