| 摘 要： | 分析了壳体零件缩孔缺陷的形成原因及铸造工艺方案，通过采用人为制造热节来补缩铸件热节的浇注系统设计思路，有效地解决了缩孔缺陷。

| Abstract: | The forming reason of shrinkage for the shell and the foundry technology is analysed. And the gating system that hot point made by man for dispersing hot point is put forward,which solve the shrinkage of the shell. |
