摘    要:长乐隧道是洛湛铁路上一座长大隧道,长6300m,断面面积56m2,岩层主要为脆性变质石英砂岩及板岩,石英砂岩层理比较发育.局部地段瓦斯的富存严重影响其施工安全和工程进度,通过对隧道石英砂岩层板岩气样成分及浓度及岩样成分及浓度进行分析研究,制定瓦斯超前预报和监测计划,有针对性的提出水封爆破、洒水除尘和防爆设备、地质超前钻孔卸压,改善通风措施和改善衬砌结构气密性等有益的瓦斯处置措施,通过监测成果分析,获得了掌子面瓦斯浓度变化曲线和地质超前钻孔瓦斯浓度变化曲线,进一步验证了所采用的瓦斯安全处置措施和通风方案的合理性.

Treatment technology of gas for long - large railway tunnel in construction
Abstract:Changle tunnel has length of 6 300 m and section area of 56 m2 for Luoyang -Zhanjiang railway, the tunnel rock stratum consists of brittle metamorphosed quartz sandstone and slate primarily, and the bedding joints in quartz sandstone are well developed. Gas outburst is found in construction section during construction, and it is very hazard to the construction safety. The gas outbutst characteristics is analyzed after gas is detected and forecasted, according to the actual engineering situation, some useful measures of tunnel gas are proposed, and the gas treatment results show that the proposed measures are effective and successful.
