摘    要:利用废弃混凝土加工成的再生骨料制成再生混凝土空心砌块.通过抗压试验,研究了天然混凝土和再生混凝土空心砌块砌体的抗压强度,分析了粉煤灰和聚丙烯纤维等外掺料对再生混凝土空心砌块砌体抗压强度的影响.之后对3根再生混凝土空心砌块柱进行了轴压试验,探讨了再生混凝土砌块砌体柱的受压破坏特点,并对比分析了《砌体结构设计规范》(GB50003-2001)轴压计算公式对再生混凝土空心砌块砌体柱的适用性.研究表明,再生混凝土空心砌块砌体具有与普通混凝土空心砌块砌体类似的受压性能,可以在实际工程中推广应用.

Abstract:This paper engaged in the investigation on the compressive behavior of concrete hollow blocks with recycled aggregates derived from waste concrete.Firstly,the compressive strengths of hollow block masonry specimens with natural aggregates and recycled aggregates,while some was mixed with fly-ash or polypropyl- ene fibers,were tested and compared.Then,three columns made from concrete hollow blocks with recycled aggregates were tested under axial loading.Based on the test phenomena and failure characteristics,the axial bearing capacity of the columns were evaluated and compared with the calculated value by the present Code (GB50003-2001).At the end,it was concluded that the compressive performance of concrete hollow block masonry with recycled aggregates is similar to that with natural aggregates and therefore the concrete hollow block masonry can be popularized in the future.
