摘    要:提出了最小电压有源箝位(MVAC)功率因数校正变换器电路,将辅助开关与谐振电感和箝位电容串联支路并联,谐振电感可以抑止二极管的反向恢复电流,有效的减少由二极管反向恢复引起的损耗,箝位电容箝位谐振电感在主开关关断时所产生的电压应力。主开关和辅助开关均可实现ZVS开关,变换器具有电压应力较低的特点。本文分析了最小电压有源箝位功率因数校正变换器中功率器件的电压应力和软开关条件,研制了一台1kW最小电压有源箝位功率因数校正变换器。

Abstract:A PFC converter employing Minimum-Voltage Active-Clamping (MVAC) technique is proposed. In MVAC converter, the resonant inductor is in series with clamping capacitor, an auxiliary switch is placed in parallel with the branch composed of the resonant inductor and the clamping capacitor. The MVAC technique can effectively reduce the loss caused by diode reverse recovery. Both the main switch and the auxiliary switch can achieve Zero-Voltage-Switching (ZVS). In addition, the switches and the diode have lower voltage stress. The voltage stresses and the soft switching condition are analyzed. One 1kW PFC converter prototype with MVAC is implemented.
